It’s been a busy start to 2019 at Newmarket Residences and Figtree Pocket. Builder, Ganellen, are working hard to complete homes by the end of the year and construction is progressing at a steady pace.
Newmarket Residences’ western building and Grandview have been “topped out”, and eastern Residences are set to reach this milestone in mid to late March.

Slab and formwork are progressing very well across all buildings. Erecting internal wall frames has begun in the lower levels of both Newmarket Residences and Figtree Pocket. Kitchen joinery has been quality inspected first hand and kitchens will be site measured at the end of March.

Demolishment of the former Sales Ring and surrounding platform has begun to create a new children’s playground. The viewing platform has also been removed, and the old Inglis offices are currently being demolished to make way for the new 5000m2 park.
