Randwick is undergoing significant changes, and there are more to come with Cbus Property launching Newmarket’s new retail and dining precinct leasing campaign this month, which will be followed by the release of their new Torrens titled terrace homes in early 2019.

Cbus Property is transforming the much-loved former Inglis Newmarket sales complex into an iconic, sensitive masterplanned community with the retail precinct thoughtfully designed for the next generation by award-winning architects Bates Smart and Arcadia Landscape Architecture.

Located on ground level fronting Barker Street and flowing through to the new 5,000m2 Inglis Park, Newmarket’s retail area will initially comprise approximately 1100m2  of space, and it is currently proposed that in a later stage of the evolving development, a further 1200m2of retail leasing opportunity will be added.
