As Newmarket Randwick nears first stage completion, Cbus Property have opened up the gates of the heritage site this month allowing guided tours of the ongoing transformation of the development and completed apartments.
The tour is the first opportunity for prospective buyers to meet the developer and see Newmarket come to life.
Cbus Property’s Senior Development Manager Thomas Ghossein escorted the groups on site to present the much-anticipated retail, park and public spaces, still under construction but fast taking shape. Attendees also had a unique chance to witness the project's high level of quality and attention to detail first-hand. Located at the heart of the site, visitors took in the iconic Newmarket Sales Ring which is being repurposed into a children’s playground and sits under a 130-year old Moreton Bay fig tree.
Attendees were the first to see completed 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in Figtree Pocket featuring beautiful furnishings by Coco Republic. Designed by Smart Design Studio, bespoke in everyway with intricate detailing and considered lines, the attendees were very impressed with the quality of the apartments.
Newmarket Randwick's stunning combination of state-of-the-art boutique living, 2300sqm of thoughtfully-curated retail, dining and leisure precincts and over 5,000sqm of parks and open space is set to benefit existing and new residents, workers and visitors alike. Cbus Property is contributing to the restoration of the state heritage-listed Big Stable and dedicating it to Randwick Council for community use.
Construction on Newmarket Randwick now well underway, with residents to start moving in by February 2020.
