Cbus Property alongside it’s Newmarket Randwick builder, Ganellen have raised over $50K for Sydney Children’s Hospitals, Randwick.
The money raised will buy essential equipment, such as an Ambulatory EEG machine to help diagnose epilepsy and other neurological conditions. As the EEG is portable, after it’s connected to a patient, they can go home and return the next day – making the process less stressful for the patient and their families.

“The Sydney Children’s Hospitals, Randwick provides world-class paediatric care, and some of our Newmarket team have had a close association with the hospital after their children were successfully treated there,” explains Cbus Property CEO, Adrian Pozzo.

“We’re thrilled to support Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation’s good work and the vital role it plays in raising much need equipment funds for the Hospital,” he continues. “We’re committed to helping them deliver the best care for sick children.”

Cbus Property’s new master-planned neighbourhood, Newmarket Randwick is committed to being a good neighbour to Randwick’s world-class hospital by raising much-needed funding to help sick and injured children.

The developer and Ganellen initial set a goal to raise $17K to fund the mobile machine, exceeding their set target and raising over $50K instead. “Exceeding the fundraising target 3 times over is testament to the great spirit of all the workers, subcontractors, consultants and our site management team. We are very proud of this collective generosity, working side with Cbus Property in making a big difference in how these young kids are cared for by the hospital”, said Peter Maneas, CEO at Ganellen.

“Helping sick kids is a real community effort,” Mark Stewart, General Manager at Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation said. “Thanks to the support of Cbus Property and Ganellen, sick kids can continue to get the world-class care that they deserve.”

Cbus Property has also made its Newmarket Randwick display suite available for Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation events.
